Orders + Shipping

We currently accept all major credit cards and debit cards via Paypal. If you are unable or unwilling to pay via this method, please email us at hello@kanasa.co.uk and we can look into your query. We are also looking into Bitcoin friendly payments 

Since we have a small team, we are aiming to respond to queries within 48 hours, but if we miss this mark it means that we are exceptionally busy. We will try our best to reply to all messages within 48 hours but if not, rest assured, you will definitely be receiving a response shortly after. 

We use Royal Mail Tracked to ship to you, unless stated otherwise. 

We currently use recyclable packaging for our products, which are shipped in recyclable cardboard mailers.

No, you can guest checkout but making an account does have its benefits, as it enables you to:  

 

    • Check out faster when making a purchase

    • Check the status of your current orders

    • View past orders

    • Make changes to your account information

    • Change your password

    • Save multiple shipping addresses

For account deletions, please email us at hello@kanasa.co.uk and state your name, and the email associated with the account, and we will happily delete your account and data.

Products

Yes, all of our products are Vegan and are tested on humans, not animals. We intend to remain this way.

We aim to provide you with as many Organic products as possible, but ingredients such as water, Salt and other minerals cannot physically be Organic. However, we will never compromise on the quality of the product, so our commitment to you is to use as many Organically-produced ingredients as possible.

For our food products such as salt, they are packaged in the same facility as some nut products, and although they definitely do not get into contact with them, we understand the severity of nut allergies therefore we do not state it is suitable for nut allergy sufferers. 

Clean ingredients are ingredients that are not produced, extracted or processed in a way that harms the environment. They are also from sources that have minimal impact on the environment. This is what we use.

We are a workers cooperative, meaning that we are not profit driven, but act in a way that serves the community around us. Please see our about us page for any information regarding profit distribution and transparency. 

Since we understand that having a healthy, non-hierarchical business is the best way to create change, our imperative is to treat everyone with respect, which also means paying the people we work with a fair wage. We will always remain committed to co-operative business practices.
